About the Tour

The more we travel around the country and race long events, the more we like 'em and think you will too. These events are more about finishing than finishing 1st, and will test your abilities and your resolve, but the pride of accomplishment quickly outweighs the temporary pain. All finishers* will receive a t-shirt and all the top finishers will be rewarded for their effort.

It's all about the adventure. Guaranteed all around good times. *(For Spoke Pony Showdown, a rider must ride 2 laps to receive the finisher t-shirt, and for Rapture in Misery, a rider must ride 3 laps to receive the finisher t-shirt.)

About the Series

After a one year hiatus, the series returns with a bang. We are feelin' refreshed, rejuvenated, and all-around giddy about racin' in 2006. This year, we will be racin' in three of the finest parks the Midwest has to offer: William Landahl Park Reserve, Crowder State Park and Perry Lake State Park. Each venue offers it own twists and turns that will keep you beggin' for more. One thing we did learn over the past year is how important sleep is for the body and soul, so for 2006 we have moved our racin' star time to NOON. Sleep in and take your time getting' to the race…the rewards are a plenty.

Awards:
**ALL CLASSES AWARDED 5 DEEP**
PRO/SEMI-PRO/EXPERT: Guaranteed Cash Payouts. 1st place is guaranteed a minimum of $150. All other expert classes will receive 80% payback for each individual race, with 20% going to each classes end of the series payout.
SPORT/CLYDESDALE/SINGLESPEED: Prizes and Trophies.
BEGINNER: Trophies.
JUNIOR: Trophies.
KIDS: Ribbons and Awards.

Series Scoring:

All 4 xc races will be counted for the overall…NO DROPS.
In the event of a tie at the end of the series, the rider with the highest place in the most recent race will be declared the winner.
We will update the series standings after each race on the website, and will also have a current standings printout at each race.
